You have more will power than me if you can actually quit cold turkey. I can't even stop playing long enough to get everyday tasks done. If your serious and this isn't some kind of inside joke , im sorry to hear that your quitting. I can't say that I have ever heard any of your music but it has to be a sad day when someone abandons their music/instrument.
 
if you're serious, pack up your gear and put it in the closet. you'll be needing it again. trust me. whatever you do, don't sell it!

Since you're telling us!, I'd like to know why you're quitting!

It may be a personal thing to be forking into, so I understand if you won't. But i'm just asking. Since I'm one of those who quit once.... but started again after half a year of depression.

well maybe I exagerated, I'm not really quitting, but I did take all my music off the net. :D
It got old.

dragonworks, you'll be back. I'll post my latest pile of shit work, then people will listen, laugh at it, give me shit, and basically enjoy picking it apart. You will see this, and just have to join in. Then you will have to post one of your own, just for the action. It's like a drug, man, gotta get the action.

I've taken my music down many times. And I'll probably take down what I have up now sooner or later. Not because I keep quitting music. But because every couple of months I realize how bad anything I did a few months ago sounds.
 
I don't record anymore so there will be nothing new to hear.
 
Yeah, and every porn "actress" is getting out of the business after their next scene.

Allthough, i suppose you could still do music once in a while, and still fish AND BBQ.......

the same tunes were up there for eterninty, anybody who wanted to listen had already done so, time to free up some bandwith.
