You could put what I know about drums in a thimble, and still have room left for whatever a thimble holds...but I'll take a shot.
1. Nice work man. Very impressed.
2. Phasey Crash
One thing about 128 mp3's that gives them away is the flangey decay on crashes. Commercial recordings do the same thing if you encode them a few times, but home recordings seem to do it worse, probably b/c a lot of the samples people get have already been mp3ified at some point. Anyway, I'll bet if you just bumped up the quality of the mp3 one notch (to 160kbps) that phasey stuff will go away.
that triplet on the snare around 3:02 sounds off to me, and the crashes are hot, and I'm totally not a drummer AT ALL, but it kinda' loses something on the ride...the ride sounds great...but I'm thinking I'd like it better if you hit quarter notes when its rolling. You know, like Texas Flood, lol.
HEVEE, HEVEE, HEVEE, HEVEE, HEVEE...(imagine it with a lighter being held in the air while I'm chanting, lol).
