can someone help the manual suks. I recorded my first track and it does not play back threw my headphones I tried hitting the the monitor switch icon but nothing seems to work?

Where do you have the headphones connected? If not the Lexicon, then you are doing it wrong.
You need to be more clear as to what you are using, and how you are setup. Select the Alpha as your default sound device in Windows (again, guessing here). Select the Alpha as your ASIO device in Cubase. This is now the only audio IO device for your computer. Again, I am just guessing what you are running through.
If you are using Windows and Cubase, I can give you direct setup steps.
