i need a BOOK to help me out...

hey guys anybody knows some good books that would teach me about MIDI and conecting all drum machines, bass stations and stuff like that to computer recording it , mixing and mastering?

Cause i am a "newbie" in it... The only thing i know is how to play around with WAV files... i don`t know too much about midi any good books could help me?

one more thing..

let say if i get DIGI 001 and synthesizer, drum machine and bass station...do i connect them threw midi or what? sorry for this REALLY DUMB QUESTIONS i am just a newbie who never worked with hardware... the only thing i played around is like fruityloops and WAV files....

Can somebody help me?

You would use MIDI to sync your equipment. ;)

Yes you can utilize midi for those hardware components
