I'm looking for a mic... $600.00 or under, that is a good overall mic for vocals, needs to be clear, and can handle diff vocals, low, mid, etc etc etc

Basically, Im looking for a mic that will work for more than one type of voice.

This one's on ebay. It even comes with stand and cable. Not much time left - better snap it up.
Looks like just the ticket - if you meet the age qualification.

yeah, i've tried that. it works great for rap vocals ;-)

bah humbug

you dont have to spend 600 dollars to get a good vocal track.
however if you must do so , maybe a shure sm7 might be considered. frankly i like anything with the beyer name on it,
maybe a at thecheaper end beyer havesome mics. the m500
is good but pricey.
if you want cheap , you might look at the usual under 100 dollar mics like the marshall v67 that a lot seem happy with.
apex have a 430 condenser that ive not heard yet.
ive heard great vocal tracks done with crown microphones.
and even cheap radio shack mics. its all in how one does the engineering. overall though i would look at an sm7 by shure
if money is no object. some people have ravedto me also
about CAD mics being good.
