I have two questions

I don't know these question should go, but here goes. 1. A friend of mine has an Behringer 502 and wants to know if he can use his usb to guitar cable to go from the out on the mixer to the computer, instead of a usb interface. 2. Another friend of mine is having trouble copying a song on his 24 channel Tascam, and he would like some help. And I Thank You very much.

A usb guitar cable probably only passes a single solo channel, so that's not the best thing to use.
It would also be set for a guitar-level signal, not a line-level signal.

He can get a cheap usb interface for $40-100.

That's not a question. You can't really answer a question that isn't a question.
Presuming your 'friend' wants some help, what kind of help do they want ? What's the actual problem ? Having trouble copying a song doesn't mean they can't do it. And does "copying a song" mean a cover version ? Or duplicating an already existing song ?
Can we have some details ? We don't bite.
