I am building a little studio. need help on material

Hello i am, building a little studio, with 2 rooms, one for the control room ( 2m80cm x 2m) and other to sound capture (4m30 x 2m80cm). with a little window (60cm x 40cm). this is for my band only

i will put rockwall to insulate the sound. how can i make a nice acoustic room ?

You could probably make a few of these panels and hang them around the room.
