I am a digital recording moron; please help

I own a Zoom mrs-1266cd that I have had in my studio for almost 2 years
and I still do not know how to operate it. I am a songwriter/musician that
just wants to record my songs. I have a difficult time understanding the
manual, and their tech support is almost non-existant. If I had a video tutorial
chances are I could follow it, but none is available. Where can I turn to for
instruction? I am so disappointed that I cannot have a cd of my songs to
share with others. Can you help me or, at least point me in a direction
that will give me hope.

I had a Roland all-in-on lying dormant for years, until I found a web community to help with some of the more esoteric stuff. I feel your pain.
