i did this test a few weeks ago, and if i remember correctly, isn't it in mp3 format?
if so, that will definitely kill off a good amount of the high end, if not all of it

Very interesting. Thanks for posting. 51 years old. Can easily hear 20Hz, but lost the top end after 15kHz. Too much Harley riding and bird hunting without ear plugs I guess.

well i'm ok from 20hz to 15khz with my headphones, i'll have to download it and run it through my interface/monitors at some point to really test it...
my laptop's internal speakers won't reproduce anything below 220hz.. which i think is funny.. thought i was deaf at first, haha...
i can also hear 16khz faintly but thats the frequency of my tenitis so i hear that all the time, nothing new there....

if you download the file, yes it is. Otherwise the stream on the website is even lower quality.
The MP3 download isn't that much more of a quality difference (don't remember the bit rate though). Again, in my picture above the left one is of the original file
