How's your career going?

I just thought to make a new thread for everyone to post the progress they have made in their music career as an inspiration to others. I have come a long way, but still not where I want to be. But, I am staying focused and striving for my goals. I started Strong Foundation & Co., LLC with my friends in 07, then moved to ATL in 08. We took a stab at beat battles and so forth to no avail. We started signing and producing a few artists and doing open mics. As a result, we got signed as a production trio to a label up here. Lesson: Think long and hard before signing to a label. An entertainment lawyer is a must. After that, we restructured our company to pursue our purpose, which is youth ministry. As of now, we just finished our debut album as "Ministers to Society." The album is called "Refokus" and is available online at http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/M2S. We have alot of things planned, and now have a great deal of wisdom and focus to make those plans happen!

Good to hear you're getting there.
I've been working on a lot of stuff with friends of mine, and I have 3 clients that occasionally come through to record but I'm a long way from any career to speak of.
