how to register for recording connection??

hi there people.. im currently doing a diploma in audio engineering in chennai india..after completing the course here i really want to go to recording connection,usa..the problem is how do i register myself ?? the registration application on the website looks like it's only made for the people in usa...and i sent an email too..its been more than one month and i havent got a reply as yet...i even sent a message to the recording connection's youtube channel but no replies whatsoever ... does anyone know why im not getting a reply?? and what do i do to register myself..me beaing a foreigner ?? any help and suggestions will be greatly greatly appreciated

I know international calls are probably expensive, but maybe you should try calling them.

Actually, that may or may not be helpful, but someone there should at least pick up and talk to you.
