unless you have a lot of extra money.. i wouldnt bother with a new printer and all that.. got o kinkos (or similiar) and do it your self... especially for black and white..(i havent tried color).. dbl side copy your cover, then they will cut it for you for $1.25 a cut .. the whole stack at the same time.... make sure your artwork has 1/8 -1/4" extra colour around the outside, and unused space in the interior.. to make sure nothing gets cut off, or left white (they arent very precise... but way easier then hand slicing 1 at a time, which you could also do there)...
it cost me aroung $40 to print and cut 110 b&w- inside and back covers..
(though next time ill pay a cd duplicator the extra cash to have them do it)

However, they appologized and reprinted and rebound 10 more of them (correctly this time) and gave me all 20 of them for the original price. I didn't even have to ask for them, they just said "hey, it was our mistake, sorry." and that was that.
