How to Freez Tacks in SX?

Anyone know how to freeze the effects to the tracks so i can free up some CPU power to add more effects to other tracks?
 
I'm pretty sure that it says in the manual. Or did you not get a manual???? :D
 
Or try the Help system... of course if you spell it Freez it won't take you far :p
 
lol this could seriously be my problem.. I have to be honest. I didnt look too hard. =] freeze? =]
