hey yall,
i just recently moved into recording music with my laptop (pc)
anyhow i am using cubase sx3 presently and things are going fairly well
except for the life of me i can't figure out what i need to do to record
my music off of cubase & onto an audio cd to give to friends ????
i 've look @ the manual online (800+ pages) and still can't seem to pick
anything up when i search for subject ????
any responce would be GREATLY APPRECIATED.

thank you

I am not sure on this, but does it even have burning capabilities?

Chances are you have to export a mixed down stereo file to a folder,or the desktop or where ever, and then use a CD burning program(Nero,Easy CD,etc.) to burn the CD.
You'll probably want to export at 44khz/16bit .

Nope, you can't burn CDs in Cubase. If you had Wavelab, then you could.

Exactly
You export to a wav file or mp3 if you want to save space and burn it with your burning software or wavlab. Make sure you set up your beg and end points for the total linear audio on the ruler and make sure you pick which outs are going to wav and then make sure you assign all your channels to whatever outputs you choose.
