Attached is a JPG of my one room studio.
The stairs lead down from the first floor, the door beside them leads to the unfinished basement, ans the space between the two closets on the other side really tempts me to build out an isolation booth between them!
The Ceiling is lower in one half of the room than the other, as shown in the diagram.
Some other comments:
THe walls are stucco on the top half and wood paneling painted white on the bottom.
My desk/mixer/DAW/NF Monitors are approx. 6' across and 4' deep, and I keep my keyboard (Yamaha SY22) close by for sequensing work. I record about 50% audiio and 50% Midi.
Any advice on placement of the desk/monitoring equpiment and performance areas, as well as ideas for acoustic treatment would REALLY be appreocated!
