How much of an angle does everyone have on the rack toms

i usually like to keep everything slightly angled towards me on my kit. just slightly.

You said it! Whatever works for you. All these guys saying your toms have to be flat! Some of the greatest (or well known) drummers have their toms at garish angles because thats whats comfy for them. Look at Lars' setup.
