I want to keep my crate to show my kids... and my gibson, epihpone, and samick :D :p

Thats a great idea..... I now have two daughters, 8 and 10.... my 8 yr old got a student guitar for christmas..she's learned a few chords but the funny thing is she's learned "smoke on the water"....lol

she told me once that someday she would own my telecaster...priceless.

nice..lol.. i don't have to worry about kids for a while though. I am 15 in 8 days. i wish peopl ein my family played guitar. MY family is full of piano players :(

I noticed your age.....you've got some nice gear for someone so young...I got my Les Paul in 1985...so I was 20.

I never thought much of Jimi Hendrix because when I was young, I saw him set fire to a stratocaster.....i would have given anything to have a guitar like that...

my wife plays piano....we lead worship at our church.... i really enjoy it.

hopefully you've got 8-10 years before you become a parent...

I wish I could've been exposed to worship music at that age....i went thru the whole bar band thing in the 80's...quit my last secular band in 93 when i moved to my current location. Although I still listen to tapes I made from those days, I don't miss the work. I owned the P.A. and played guitar and piano, so I hauled ALOT of equipment...and got the same pay...

anyway, my wife and I lead at church, we have other band members but when we go out to minister, it's just the two of us...and that's nice for now.
