He does, he writes verse verse chorus, like every commercial song out there has, and then he doesnt follow rules!

I see you trying really hard, bless your heart, but you just don't get this stuff at all.

No you dont, the more you lie, the less credible you become, but wait, yes lie...

Santana - Winning Lyrics - YouTube

I'm not lying about anything. To lie would mean that I care what you think, and I'm telling you now for like the 5th time, I don't. And again with the Santana. I didn't watch it before, I'm not watching it now. If you're just gonna keep repeating yourself, you've run out of bullets.

No, money has nothing to do with it, there is good songwriting, and there is bad songwriting, THAT is the point

No there isn't. There's songs. You like some, you don't like some. You're not the decider, no matter how badly you want to be.

Im the decider if I like it or not, Im not the decider if it's well written. There are many well written songs that I hate, "somewhere over the rainbow" is one

You can't judge well written or poorly written. You can think one way or the other, but you're neither right or wrong.

Good videos for people that want to write easy listening adult contemporary dentist office music.

Thats how you operate, the answers to all lifes questions are what YOU say, regardless if true or not.

I think ive beaten you down enough, Just be more careful how to pass out advice around here, I have an album to work on

Lol. More claims of victory? You are going page by page through the troll handbook. But yeah, work on that "album". Keep writing those sterile paint-by-numbers songs. Keep looking to fresh faces like Springsteen and Santana for inspiration. I'll keep pointing and laughing at your ineptitude.

I'm not attacking the articles, I'm attacking you for not realizing that literally everyone already knows this shit by the time they've outgrown Dr Seuss books.

There's way more to songwriting than the lyrics, and you can't learn that stuff from articles or youtube videos. So, I guess you're fucked.

So if a song doesnt have the elements that "everyone knows" then it;s not well written. I mean if a hack like you can write a song with a smidgen of craft, then ANYBODY should be able to, but all i got was answers saying ney

Keep writing songs that sound like everybody else out there, you sold out before you even got started

I never said that at all. Don't make things up or put words in my mouth. That's another sure sign that you're out of bullets.

I've been saying that since day one. Anyone can write a song. If you, as the author, feels satisfied with whatever you've written, if you feel it's an honest and true representation of your idea, then it's a good song. It can be complex and technical, or a three chord blues riff. If it's what you want, then it's good.

Selling out means that you've changed your ways to achieve financial success. I have not done that. So you're wrong again.
