Yea I know that probably most of you here could care less about me ripping up a nice water hole but that's not what matters.

I made the song (it isn't in sync with the video cause I was to lazy) but tell me how it sounds to you. Any suggestions. BTW I'd recommend you view at 720P for higher sound quality.

Thanks!

The music is a bit odd for the footage it's against but then again that makes it pretty cool to me. The guitar sounds pretty great. There is a big problem that hit me right off though and that is the drumming. It's way out of time with the guitar playing. Are you playing to a click? If not try aligning the drums to the guitar.

Now here's the advice you can take or not take because it's opinionated. I think the drums seem kind of useless. They are just there. The guitars are great and then you have "domp....chhh.....domp....chhh". I would add the hats to provide more motion. Maybe some light synth pads at that point, and then just back to your bare guitar outro. Is there a bass? (Speakers suck...I can't tell)

Again, take my advice with a grain of salt. It's really very good as it stands, but the drums to need to be better in time if you keep them.

Yea I was playing to a click but the drums were along the same timeline. Your right about the drums too, they are out of place. I never give the drums much thought because they are midi... it's something I need to work on. I can never seem to make my own good beat step inputting it.

Every other song I've done I always have the bass to loud, this time I turned it down but I think it's a little to low.

I could always try to lay a beat to it if you wanted.

Nice to hear something other than generic cookie-monster metal accompanying a dirt bike vid.

Listening through 'phones...Drums are off by a mile, but you already knew that. The guitar tones work well off each other, but the mud starts to build up a bit with the number of layers. Clean it up a bit and fix the drums, you'll be right there.

Then again, as a fellow KDX guy, I might be biased...

Pleasant piece of music but, as a road biker, I can't see where the mudbike thing fits. Mind you I've not been able to comprehend mudlarking & poorly muffled engines at the best of times.
Add more to the music - length, developing arrangement etc.
