Mastering doesn't really have as much to do with software (although some will make the process easier), as it does with your ears and your monitoring chain. Most sequencing software will allow you to put the tracks in order and apply some processing. It's deciding what processing the tracks need that is key. Please give us some idea what you're trying to accomplish, specifically.
