How do you finger this chord?

Why I use my thumb with the

chord: I like to use my ring and pinky to do pentatonic blues licks and to add notes to the chord for color. When I finger the chord with my thumb and index finger, I can leave them stationary and let my other fingers play around a bit.

BTW, I got the thumb thing from Castles Made of Sand long ago. I don't see a better way for playing that chord without using my thumb. Here's the chord:

I mostly play 2 note chords, ala Motorhead, and such bands. Them other notes are just too damned hard for me....
