how do i upload an mp3?

Just tried for ages to upload Mp3's but it wont let me. What do i need to do. I dont want to have to go through some other site. cheers

You're gonna have to. HR doesn't host audio.

Try NL5's site - www.lightningmp3.com It's hassle-free, no registration or anything like that.
