How Do I set up these Items for Recording

Hi fellas, new member from the UK here, so hello to all.

I've been playing guitar for over 20 years and want to get into a bit of home recording. I've got the following pieces of equipment and would like some advice on the best way to set them up for recording on a computer. I'd be micing my guitar amp.

Shure SM57
Behringer UB802 Mixer
Samson C valve pre-amp
Creative extigy external sound card
Laptop
