How do I get Mbox Mini to work with SONAR

I just recently purchased an Mbox mini for traveling, but I cant get the unit to work as an input.

I tried changing the playback and recording driver mode to ASIO, but when I arm an audio track to record, SONAR locks up.

Any input would be appreciated, thank you

I a bit confused on what you are trying to do. So, when you travel,I assume have have a laptop, you want to be able to record. Did you get the mbox mini so you had an input into laptop? I dont think you can use the PT mini input to go into Sonar. Why didnt you just get an interface with 1 or 2 xl'sr for laptop when you travel?
