I have Sonar and for some reason I can't seem to figure out how to accurately drags tracks. I can drag a track to the next marker, but not the EXACT point where I want to come in. Is there something I can click to make it drag anywhere I want and not on the closest marker?

Have you got Snap To Grid turned on? That can effect the 'accuracy' of dragging. Check your manual... p190-191.

Slip editing might also help you too. p331 onwards....

I was just reading your previous posts..... I take it you just bought SONAR this week? You should take care of your manuals, they are very expensive!!!!!!!!

When exporting tracks from the Fostex you should use MIDI Sync. ie setting the Fostex up as the Master and SONAR as the Slave. There are posts under this (Cakewalk) Forum in the last week or so on how you can do that.

Unfortuantely I lost my manual.
Hmmm..... A hint: Turn of snap to grid in sonar (just hit N).

Now now, Porter. Some of us (like me) hates manuals. I don't even know where mine is... I've moved around alot the last couple of months, and I know it's in a box somewhere... But that doesen't make me look!
