How 'bout the Behringer Tube Composer?

Is it any good?
As I hear most folks say that the normal Composer Pro ain't THAT bad, and it's peak limiting and fast response is cool, I guessed that the Tube Composer could do the same, with the occasional 'tubewarmth' to it.

Any thoughts on it, folks?
