yeah yeah yeah i really wanna hear it

ps what kind of heads did you put on it? if any
pss what mics did you use

I just bought a cheap ass set of drums made by Hohner. Some guy was selling them for $100 so I thought WTF. I got them sounding pretty good so far. The cymbals are as bad as you would expect so I am going to find me a deal on cymbals soon. I think the main thing about drums is the hardware. If I was drummer I wouldn't think of gigging with the drums I just bought but they will probably never leave my studio so I can deal with the flimsy hardware. The guy who had them before me put some decent heads on them so I lucked out there.

Alright, you'll wanna click on "Media" then on "Lyrics/Audio" then on one of the albums, then the song name...

I'm getting some C4's tomorrow...I'll have some sound clips up of my Tama's if you guys are interested :)

OK thanks for that. It sounded like the mp3's were low quality though so it was kind of hard to hear how the drums sound.

For three bills you could get an old slingerland set or a ludwig or Pearl used. Then you would have a real drumset. Forget the cymbals. The cymbals with that new set will be 100% absolutely worthless, nasty, grungy in-the-not-cool-way crapola, dog pile, not even junkyard good sounding. So get used cymbals as well. Old Zildgian As are pretty cheap and they don't suck. Crap drum hardware sucks and they make lots of it new nowadays. But it's a recording drumset so you will only have to set it up once and it will collect dust after that.
