Axeman....that was pretty tasty dude!!!! Loved it. Great tone for this. I wanted a tone like that, but it was a bit too clean for my playing, and MORE of my mistakes showed up..... :eek:

Metaldude.....F'n cool also man!!!! Nice tone again. Very smooth sounds...love the squeal in there. Man, you guys kick.... :D :cool:

Yeah, that's my V-amp. You can't beat the simplicity of that thing. I don't remember my settings, I set up a couple sounds a long time ago and I hardly fool with it anymore, I just turn it on and play. I'll check for you and post them later.
Thanks alot for the compliments, although I think there are probably far superior players around here. I don't practice so much now like I used to. This sort of stuff is not really my style, but it's nice breaking away like this sometimes and that's why I enjoy playing something really quirky.
I still practice certain techniques alot becasue my chops really start sinking if I don't, but most of the time I just improvise and fool around.

Nice liberties man....it has a great, Summer type vibe...just kind of fun and happy flowing. Very free form and care free. I'm liking it man.... :cool:

Thanks man! I really dug yours as well...some pretty nice tone ..reminded me of Satriani.I had a hard time grabbing onto the changes at 1st as this is diffrent then what I play with usually...but It really was fun!

My set-up for this was just my Jackson SL2H into my V-AMP pro. I did it quick and easy. I posted the whole song earlier, that last post was just the lead by itself for Lbanks.

I don't know what you're trying to pull in your "shred" thread, but the playing you submitted for this is pretty nice.
