, it actually quite grew on me, has that deranged Pink Floyd emotion. A few sloppy drum fills, but the tune really gets going toward the end. Definately a fun track.
). The drums threw me off a bit at first but they settled in pretty well as it went along. Definitely has a demented roger waters kind of thing going on. Fun.I think the ragged drums coming together is a deliberate ploy - & a good one. Anyone who wasn't going to listen wouldn't have lasted until they did those who did were rewarded with a super long uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuP.
You reminded me of some of the more off the wall Harry Nilsson songs.
I have to say I enjoyed it. I can't relate as we didn't use s***up in our house., but I can enjoy it.
I was waiting for the narrative development - something like - "When I was a little boy my mummy said to me, balancing a flagon on her knee, hush litttle darling & don't you cry, mumma's gonna teach you how to fly...out the window. Now s***uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuup"
I can understand your reluctance toward development because the song seems to be about arresting just that.
Fun, but you door needs rehanging!
I have the Lennon Primal Scream therapy album - it's cool - My mummy's dead, I can't get it out of my head. & other such delights - it's a GREAT album. Has him sitting under a tree on the cover.
You could tell they were drums. Mission accomplished.
Lol. If you say so. Congrats on that.
Damn, I thought for sure you were gonna tell me to shut up.

Thanks to yous who made it through this one.
Not much to say really. The idea came from something I read about Lennon and scream therapy. This one cracks me up. Having a wee bit of fun.

I almost mentioned that Lennon song - "Mother" - reminded me of that a little - great song -
