Hi guys,
I'm new to the forum and I hope I have posted in the right place,
I wanted to ask you some questions;
I am a boy of 20 years and all the advice i ask are all refer to products of medium / low, however;

I started writing music (sounds cool, but is more of a personal entertainment), but now i need to register it for myself and maybe to do a demo, so i need to record guitar and vocals more or less directly: (acoustic guitar and vocals directly and electric guitars in the next step, or just guitar (electric or not) and vocals) My equipement is this:
guitar (ovation, fender stratocaster ibanez and les paul) with attached amplifiers (fender m-80 100watt and kustom 40watt), keyboard midi (gem), a condenser microphone (apex), a microphone cone (samson), an equalizer / amplifier with speakers attached (telefunken old), 16 channel usb mixer (behringer 1622FX xenix), audio interface (m-audio pro fire 2626), monitor speakers (creative subwoofer and two speakers) and an imac with garageband like software;

questions you want to ask are:
1)ho do you connect the various hardware to have the best control in direct record?

(at this time are connected:
guitar n.1 and the condenser microphone to the audio interface, witch is already connect to the mac via firewire, which had connect the monitor speackers)

2) does exists a sort of midi pedal that allows me to activate the effects in direct in garageband?

3) if in the future I wanted to improve my homestudio what do you add?

Thank you all for the help :)
