Home Studio For Mixing/Mastering

Hi guys my name is Giannis and i am from greece.I am new here and i really apriciate the work that is done here.I am a music engineer,mostly doing works for metal and trying to keep on the underground feeling of it in greece,which is actually really difficult cause here it is not respected.Anyways so much for me.I want to ask a question about making my own home studio at my home.I have a budget of 20000 euros and the room that i would like to use meters like 5x6 plus i dont have problem with noise from the outside the room is really good sound proof from the outside..i was wondering if someone here have made his home studio and if yes what did he use for this kind of job (mixing/mastering) or if someone could help me on how i could use my badget wisely so i could also sometime earn what i spent.
