Home recording with Korg N364

I'm a beginner in song writting and would like to learn more about music recording and editing. I have a Korg N364 and would like to setup a home recording studio using my laptop. Can I know what's the simplest and yet affordable setup (software, any mixer required?) that I can use with my Korg N364?
