Home recording desk ideas

Hi I’m very new to everything and I recently started trying to make a home studio. This is the desk I have and I’m wondering if anyone can tell me if it will mess with my room acoustic treatment and/or monitors when I set them up? My room is roughly 10’x10’ but I plan on moving a wall to make it around 13-14’x10.

Yes, that is likely the worst case scenario for any listening accuracy. Lose the cabinet completely.
