Hey ive just bought a new mixer off ebay 8 channels ive set it up and plugged the 2 outputs from the mixer left and right into an adapter that turns it into the small jack for the microphone input in my sound card for the computer.
when i record onto the computer the sound is really quite and there is alot of hissing in the background.
I was thinking that this is cause its a powerd mixer and there is power going down the output lines into the soundcard and its not liking it and if so is there anyway to fix it.
