Yeah...soundclick is starting to annoy me.

Anyway...great cover. That song sounds like it would be a really fun tune to jam. Brings back memories. Very nice recording.

Yeah I was quite shakey when I got my gear up and running, and just needed Rami`s drum tracks to record, logged on to soundclick and voila "soundclick is down", luckely I had a copy at home.
and I could start recording.
So the moral is dont trust soundclick :D

It was an exelent song to Jam to, I`ve allways loved that track.
feel free to join in on this one. :)

I love this tune and you guys definetly do it justice!Bass and drums lock tight and are pumpimg, vocals sound great, and guitar rocks. Now,if you guys only had a hammond b3 kicking in the mix :D !

So yesterday all the time I had to jam it took me to get that snyth working/setup... it's up now & running now so I threw down a track tonight

I'll be back to post it in a few minutes...

Hey Naka & Rami,
Well I haven't got this right yet (especially the intro parts), but I said I'd post something...

Here's two clips w/ different synth sounds.

playing all the way up to the last guitar solo (ran out of time tonight) there's an interesting organ/guitar duet for the first solo :D I try to keep up with the fast part... I like the verse/chorus sounds too... haven't got the intro sound right yet...

and here's a much rougher 1 minute clip of a different sounding B3:

i accidentily used a distortion plugin that's shareware, so there's clicks here and there, I'll fix that...

I'll keep working on this, let me know what you think so far.

Cool stuff, snakedog, you need to bring the volume up a few notches though,
from what I could here I think I liked the first sound the best.

But if you bring up the volume a bit it will be easier to jugde. :)

this is going to be one heavy track :)

Yeah, I'd say the first one too...But at the volume of the second one. Great stuff!

That was fuckin epic, man!

I only listened to the original post though; didn't hear the b3

yet. . .

Awesome. Great job RAMI, Naka, and Naka's bass playing friend!

Wait just a bit :) That's just a demo, I'll post the final verion in the next few days.

Guys, I was totally entertained. This was great rendition, pickin was really good.
Singing was good, that`s gotta be a tuff tune to sing. The guitar tones were good, however I`d like to here a bit more mid meat on the solo guitar. Drums were nice and balanced. Room sound and panning was good, sounded almost live partially wooden room. Snake, the b3 sounds good, if you could stop the rotors and turn up the drive a lil more it'd be banging the red. Very Cool stuff.

Thanks for the positive input man, It was real treat to sing that song however at the time I had a slight could, so the highest stuff was kinda hard to sing, I dident even go for the opening screams.

I will try and add some mids to my guitar solo..

thanks again for the comments :)

Thanks for the kind words Incanus...
It was a real treat to play and sing, and my bass player friend got to play bass on one of his favorite tracks. :)

That's pretty cool  So you had a camera going during the playing eh? You'll have good memories to go with the song...

I just recorded a few vocals takes on the immigrant song, I'd probably be scared to watch photos of me trying to get that high

Is that you, Naka?

You're such a Rock-Star!!!!!!

Go, man, go!!!!

Well thank you my friend...
I do my best to live it, feel it, and eat it :D

Hey guys, here's my synth version.

This was fun stuff to play & rocked my room playing really loud! My playing was much better tonight too, the other night I hadn't played synth in over a year... tonight I play the whole song with a lot of the guitar parts in the solos & was pounding that keyboard in the last solo & beyond :) Yeah, I enjoyed doing this :D

what do you guys think?
fourth one down at:
