Hidden Tracks and recovering them

When using Sonar 2.2 I can "hide" a track by right-clicking on the specific audio track and selecting "Hide Track". I'm interested in recovering this track for further editting and such and cannot figure out how to retrieve it. Track Manager does not list it either.

Q: How can I recover an audio track that was hidden from view?

Hit "A" for show all tracks or hit "M" for trackmanager.

Thanks for the reply. I know this may seem simple but ... are you instructing me to enter an upper case "A" such that <Shift-A> or just enter a lower case "a"?
