Just to say hi, I'm new to this forum.
Just bought a used MR-8 (old red one) for writing purposes, came with 2 Gb card. No instructions, or PSU. But, just unpacked it, chucked some batteries in it, and recorded some rough stuff just by following the menu. This is the easiest and most instinctive machine I've ever used.
I have no idea if it has an internal hard drive, or everything goes straight to the card....not worried really. It ws an impulse buy and I think it will serve my purposes well.
Just need to source a PSU in UK now, before I buy up the countries supply of AA's !
Is there much love for the old MR8's here?
