is there any compatibility problem with this cards and mac book pro 3.1?

Compatibility is easily checked by a quick Google. I found no issues. I don't think there is much of a quality difference between the two.

They both have two in's. The 410 has 8 analog outs. The Sapphire has only 4. You do know how to Google this information right?

I wouldn't spend less than $300 a pair for entry level monitors. KRK Rokit 5's are a good start. Are you recording drums? If not, don't get isolation headphones.

I don't mix with headphones ever so my only need is for reference while recording and editing. $20 Sony MDR V150 works just fine for me.
