Hi every body, is it necessary to use a limiter in mastering a sound track? specially if it sounds well in mixing and it is loud enough. thank you all

Then my guess would be no, by that definition it could need nothing at all.

You only need a limiter if you're pushing the volume to the point where the peaks exceed full-scale. If you're not - and they're not - no limiter necessary.
