Here's a brief summary: Some dipwad, (whose user name I do not know because it was deleted along with the original thread) made a post called "Moresound get a life", in which he got nasty and abusive with our bud Moresound. I jokingly posted that Moresound had a thread dedicated to him, and I felt left out because nobody ever dedicated a thread to me. So stevieb, in the spirit of jest I'm sure, made a "get a life" thread for me. I replied that "I was honored" to have my own thread. Then for some incomprehensible reason this drew the wrath of Jim Lad. ???? The rest you can read for yourself.
 
It had to of been Silly Bee up to his shenanigans again. For that user name is banned.

I still wanted to know what happened towards the end of the moresound thread I had to leave for about 10 hours to do a live sound support and when I got back the thread was gone.

Jim may have mistaken this thread as the original thread.

All is well now ..... Drinks are on me! :drunk:

Anyone got a microphone for sale? I'm buying!

Well, Jim, I think you missed the point- or at least, missed mine. I thought it was funny that omtayslick feined hurt feelings, so I thought I'd have a little fun. Heck, no less than three folks had the same thought, at almost the same moment- mine was not an original post/thought, just the quickest.

Or, maybe I am missing your point- maybe you are just adding to the fun. :D

And because the thread was deleted, I also forgot the dipwad's name and took it that you were said dipwad and that led to wrath of Jim.
So: Can I take it that the original dipwad is gone and that this forum has not in fact sunk to unfathomable depths and that I got it wrong?
