Aye aye.. :cool:

dachay, what do you think if we replace the Tenor Sax part with Tenor guitar? :D :D :D I'm crazy, eh... but it will be interesting :)

mark, if you care to join the Hey Moskus Lonely Heart Club Band, download the file (as I see you did it) and choose your part... we gotta finish it before the first snow hit the road..., what do you think? :)

;)

Nice guitar ! ! ! (personally don't care about the weight thing )
It's a pretty heavy guitar! :) Oh, you mean my weight. Well, I'm not that skinny. I'm around 79kg - what's that in pounds, 175lb or so?
you look normal, to me.
Waiter! A beer for my good friend Mark... :D
Where can we hear your stuff ?
I haven't recorded anything of my own just yet Mark. You'll have to D/L the latest mix of BPOM to hear my articulate rhythm playing. Me and Bill Faraoni are working on the follow up smash hit to BPOM. Then I'll be collabbing with Pedullist on another funky little number. Until then, I'm practising my Pentecostal scale and Catatonic Minor. :)

Excellency Jaymz
Have you considered a Violin Solo in lieu of the Sax part?

Yeah, I find it strange. Try to ping www.fortiden.com and you'll not get the same result as pinging (:p) fortiden.dyndns.org...

I've still not been able to contact him.

Bluesmeister (& the entire crew),

Where can this be had?

Everytime I attempt to search back thru the thread, there are so many souls logged onto the server, that it would take approximately 3 weeks to check thru all the posts to look for music.

I did find wfaraoni's rendition of "You're The Biggest Part Of Me" (which is quite tasty, I might add) . . . but have been unable to locate any collaborative efforts.

Oh, BTW - For my stuff . . . http://www.moonjams.com (Project One) (& yes . . . we had the name long before the release of Project 5.) "Visitor #3" is probably the showcase #.

Everything can be found on moskus' friend's server (which, if you have followed the above posts, is presently out of commission. :D )

...back to Yahoo! Briefcase :confused: :p :D

Waiter! A beer for my good friend Mark... :D

Aaah, it's the first time you offer a beer, other times you pay only for orange juice :D

I tried violin to replace the sax, but my style of playing ain't fit the song... it realy sounds rediculous :o I would embarase myself playing it. Meanwhile, my studio is still under construction... :)

Well I got my tax cheque the other day. So that's one Philips 107T 17" monitor & a glass of beer please. Er, keep the change...

Perfection isn't nearly so important as intergalactic co-operation Your Supreme Excellency. Submit your part, and if it's deemed not up to scratch, we can lob Bill's Triton in there.

Well, me and me boys recorded BPOM background vocals the other night. I'm not completely satisfied with them, so I think I am going to redo them next week. In the meantime I'll post a version of the full mix (as it now stands) as soon as moskus tells us the site is available again.

moskus?????

Just reached Eivinn, he told me that the server was due for an upgrade this weekend, so it should be up and running during the next few hours/days. And it will be faster! :)

You know dachay baby... at least we learn one thing here...

"The nerve that counts the excitement"

:D :D :D

Jaymz,

'been visiting your site and surfed around. What a great site with cartooinst touch (and it isn't heavy to load...)
ThankuVeriMosh ! ! !

Yeah . . . I'm only 51 (it was that last day at Woodstock . . . Hendrix was jammin'. He steps up to the mike; & says: "Ya'll can leave . . . we're just jammin." I stayed. I did the brown acid.)

Moskus,

Markman, check your PM....
Did. Thanks. Tried to log on (with WS_FTP Pro.) Will try again later.

Well that narrows it down. :D :D
That's exactly what I thought... :D

Markman, apparently the server is not working, it's being upgraded. :)

Moskus' friend's server is still not working at this time (8 AM Eastern Daylight Savings Time, Oct 20). Therefore I have uploaded a copy of the full mix to the Yahoo Briefcase (3 files - BPOM Full Mix 10-19-2 You will need to rejoin them back together using James' HJSplit tool.)

I'll be interested in hearing your feedback on this. This mix contains all of the files that everyone has posted so far. Obviously the mix decisions were mine.

Here's what is in the mix:
James Argo = drums
Pedulist = bass
Dachay2tnr = Elec. Piano and Hammond Organ
BluesMeister = Rhythym Guitar Tracks
WFaraoni = Lead Guitar Track
Moskus = Lead Guitar Track
The Dachays = BG Vox
Porter = Webmaster and General Asskicker

I am still having problems with Bill's and Moskus' guitar leads. Neither of their files contained any "beat markers" for alignment, so their placement is my best guess

What do you think, gentlemen? And what else do we need? (I would still like a sax. :) )

P.S. If you have forgotten how to access the Briefcase, drop me or Porter a PM.

I just downloaded the track guys and can I say it sound f(*&ing awesome!!!!!

I know I haven't pulled the slack with the web site, however I plan on updating it in the next couple of day... between work and everything else going on in my life at the moment I haven't had a chance to work on it.

But as I said b4... it sounds awesome. Mike, thanks for keeping all the files in place.. once the server comes back up we can put them all on there for download.
