It's been 16 months, but me too! :D

I gave it up because it was destroying my voice. Now I realize my voice sucks anyway. :rolleyes:

Sorry boys,

this is a NO SMOKING zone. I'm a reformed non-smoker ;) so it doesn't bother me.

So that'll be a cup of Earl Grey and a slice of carrot cake thanks. :)

Oh and the calories (or is it killer-joules these days), I'll get rid of them tomorrow morning at the swimming pool. I swim three-times a week 1km. Ah, smell that chlorine...

Oh yes, and I also have a dodgy knee. I went to the doctor with it - well you would, it's very difficult to leave it at home. :D He told me to rub it with Voltaren cream. Really did the trick. I take Voltren tablets when my back's playing up (a squash-playing injury from 20 years ago).

Now, what can you guys recommend for hair loss???

I used to smoke Javaanse Jongens...(tabacco from indonesia)

Javaanse Jongens means 'Boys from Java'. James probably knows what they taste like....:rolleyes: :D

I quit smoking 10 years ago btw.

You met the wrong guy, Moskus....I can go much worse than this. And you should meet my wife. She's even better at it. She can even make me sick... :)
