Mr. Q why do you say that? You came up with a great tune; it was done from the heart and had an impact of emotion. I am not condoning your drinking, (shame on ya
) but even under the influence you created a lively, happy, spirited (oh gosh, no pun intended), jazz piece that i happened to like very much. With just a few tweaks and turns you could make this a masterpiece. Shouldn't a song kinda come out that way anwyay? I mean, play it from the soul, get a rough draft, listen to it or proof read it, fine tune it and whalah there it is. Of course the tweaking and fine tuning is where you want to be praticularily sobor
. If you hadn't captured this song when you did (drunk or sobor), you may never have captured it at all. I guess i am just trying to say i think you have a lot of talent and look forward to hearing more of your music!
