Trying to get Alesis multimix 8 firewire to work with a windows 7 computer. Any help would be appreciated, been going nuts for hours to no avail. Computer doesn't even recognize the hardware. installed ieee1394 card for firewire hookup, plug in multimix8 and get nothing. tried all driver downloads, nothing. any ideas?
