Help!

Alright I have a mixer which I run into a Delta 1010lt. Usually never gives me any problems. Today I recorded a simple drum track through the first 4 channels. Upon playback I realized I wasn't getting channel 3 and 4.

As a test, I took one track and set it on all 8 channels of the Delta and hit play. In the control panel thing for the Delta, the outputs all showed strong signals, but channel 3 and 4 were completely quiet. The fact it does this makes me figure it has nothing to do with my mixer, so the only thing I can think of are the channels somehow got fried.

I have no idea how, I don't push the card hard, it doesn't even get heavily used. Any suggestions?
 
Just so you guys know too: I can still record using channels 3/4, but I can't play back through them, and yes, all the outputs are routed properly, I've thoroughly gone over everything in the control panel, and everything seems to be in place.
