Help with setup.

I am in the process of setting up a home studio after many years. Alot of my old gear works perfectly. I recently bought a behringer ub1204 pro fx mixer and I have a behringer ha 4600 headphone amp. On starting to setup I was amazed how much I had forgotten, I must have plugged and unplugged the blessed thing so many times it did my head in. To save this old brain of mine from frazzling, can anyone offer any solutions as to how to setup the headphone amp, and the mixer to my computer. The mixing desk has completely thrown me, it has so many different outputs.
