HELP plz

hey i have an alesis multimix8 usb
and its working fine, i can't figure out though one thing.

it says in the manual that any sound coming from the computer will be put into "TAPE IN". i can't find any tape in
and the software that came with it
cubase LE
only outputs to the input
so
i'm at a loss with no output
any help would be appreciated.

First, is the mixer set as the default device on your computer under sound settings? If it isnt, then change it. Sounds like it is in Cubase already.

Next, make sure this is pressed:
