when it comes to external soundcards internal soundcards, analog or trs/xlr ports, mixers ect what works best for drums guitar bass and vocals.
is there a soundcard/mixer/interface that will do the trick in the studio as well as help me live?
i use a tascam us-122 with a shure 57 mic and i plan on getting something so i can record drums bass guitar and vocals simotaniously.
is a 2 port mic interface like the us-122 enough to produce decent quality for drums and the rest seperately? do i only need to mic the snare and kick?
does my internal soundcard have any effect on recording if im using an interface like external soundcard?
if i had a an external interface the like the us-122, and then an internal soundcard with mic ports, would i be able to use them simotaniously and effectively?
