Help On Mastering!!

Wassup, i am a dj and I just recorded my mix... it seems that after i burn a copy of the cd, after a while it kinda irratates and hurts my ear... i am new to this, can u guys help me out.. it ma be the highs or the lows. not sure, thanx

How did you record your mix ?

What cables did you use ?

What turntables\needles did you use ?

What type of mixer ?

thanx for the reply, well I have shure m447 needles, 2 technics 1200mk3d, vestax 07 pro mixer, I connected the mix to my computer by using the master outs on my 07 and hooked them up to the line in in back of my soundblaster live.... I think it might be the eq's. I am not sure, but i'll check it out....

very likely what Bruce said in the first place, you're pushing the inputs of the soundblaster card (which sucks bigtime anyway)
