I HAVE A TUBE MP PROJECT SERIES/TUBE PREAMPLIFIER FOR MY MIC... I CAN RECORD FROM MY PC, BUT I CANNOT HEAR THE TRACK FROM THE PC AND MY CONGA PLAYING AT THE SAME TIME... HELP HELP...

You need a full duplex soundcard. Other than that audacity has settings for playthrough for other tracks while recording, and current track while recording. Edit -> Preferences -> Audio I/O

Are you saying you can't hear the congas at all or are you saying you can't hear them in sync with the track from the PC?
I have a USB Tube MP Project series and I can hear both the recorded track and the live track at the same time using Audacity, but the latency is so bad there's no way I can multi-track with it.
